     Kali Ann Lucille Eicholtz, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of violating probation. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, was found guilty of domestic abuse assault-strangulation (no injury). He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, running concurrently with another sentence. He was fined $855 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Shawn Michael Cunningham, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of theft-detection removal device. No court date was set.

     Thadeus Braden Campbell, Olin, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $430 plus court costs.

     Brenda Gaye Burnett, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Trevor Paul Melsha, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $250 plus court costs.

     Shiloh James Reiter, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and interference with official acts. No court date was set.

     Alan Kenneth Morgan, Port St. Lucie, Fla., was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Lori Lynne Swain, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 2nd offense. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,875 plus court costs. Fifty-three days were suspended, and Swain was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Amanda Marie Schilling, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.
