     Trevor Paul Melsha, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $250 plus court costs.

     Lori Lynne Swain, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense and OWI 2^nd offense. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,875 plus court costs. Fifty-three days were suspended, and Swain was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.
