District Court

     Jonathan Robert Seyfert, Anamosa, was charged with child endangerment and OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for July 3.

     Louis Edward Sharp, Monticello, was charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury. An arraignment is set for June 26.

     Kyler Radford Brundage, Wyoming, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for July 5.

     Michael William Huth, Jr., Olin, was charged with ongoing criminal conduct, 1^st degree theft, 3^rd degree burglary, possession of burglar’s tools, and credit card fraud. An arraignment is set for June 26.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was charged with violating custodial order and absence from custody. An arraignment is set for June 26.

     Bradley Allen Bramer, Cedar Rapids, was charged with forgery. An arraignment is set for June 26.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3^rd degree burglary. No court date was set.

     Jerry Lee Ohowell, Anamosa, was charged with 2^nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for July 5. Ohowell was also charged with possession of methamphetamine 1^st offense, possession of prescription drug/device without prescription, and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for July 10.

     Kimberly Sue Engelbart, Big Lake, Minn., was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of prescription drug/device without prescription. An arraignment is set for July 10.

     Michael Terry Smolek, Lowden, was previously found guilty of 4^th degree theft. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Derrick Scott Maschmann, Clarence, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for July 5.

     Dylon Scott Kula, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for July 10.

     Gabriel Ari Finn, Anamosa, was charged with possession of cannabidoil 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 28.

     Tami Lynn Duffy, Monticello, was charged with possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 28.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Heidi Elizabeth Kline, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 26.

     Timothy Terrance Kelly, Spragueville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 22.

     Joseph Patrick Kauder, Cascade, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for July 3.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for June 26.

     Corrie Jay Hulke, Oxford Junction, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for July 3.
