     Carrie Ann Gralund, Jackson, Wyo., pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Sept. 19.

     Brandi Jo Dean, Maquoketa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. An arraignment is set for July 24.

     Timothy Paul Foster, Monticello, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. An arraignment is set for July 24.

     Charity Sue McCormick, Olin, was charged with domestic abuse assault and assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. An arraignment is set for July 24.

     Derrick Scott Maschmann, Clarence, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness and operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for July 17.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello was charged with consumption of alcohol in public place 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 19. Wuckert was also charged with public intoxication 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 14.

     John Thomas Spalding, Anamosa, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness and domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 24.

     Aaron Deverne Fuessley, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and possession of prescription drug/device without prescription. He was fined a total of $940 plus court costs. His fines were suspended, and Fuessley was sentenced to 30 days in jail for each count, to run concurrently. He also pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of 3rd degree theft. He was fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended, and Fuessley was sentenced to two years in prison.

     Joshua David Klaren, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was fined $625 plus court costs and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Timothy Gerald Null, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 15.

     James Lee Bonjour, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to carrying weapons and OWI 1st offense. No trial date was set.

     Angel Ann Hurt, Anamosa, was charged with carrying weapons-knife over 8 inches and OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 28.

     Tanner Michael Meade, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to furnishing controlled substance to inmates at detention facility. He was fined $750 plus court costs, and sentenced to five years in prison. The fine was suspended.

     Angelica Marie Meade, Davenport, pleaded not guilty to a lesser charge of possession of marijuana. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs, and placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon. A jury trial is set for Aug. 15.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment, false imprisonment, and 2nd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for Sept. 26.

     Isaac Abraham Avery, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense, possession of marijuana 1st offense, and drug distribution violation to person under 18. A jury trial is set for Aug. 22.

     Jerry Lee Ohowell, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft, possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, unlawful possession of prescription drug, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Sept. 26.

     Travis Allen Vanwey, Vinton, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and OWI 1st offense. He was fined a total of $1,565 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail. Vanwey was also placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Kimberly Sue Engelbart, Big Lake, Minn., pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (marijuana) and unlawful possession of prescription drug. A jury trial is set for Sept. 26.

     Bradley Allen Bramer, Cedar Rapids, was charged with two counts of identity theft, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, and eluding. An arraignment is set for July 24.

     Griffin Houston Hansen, Cedar Rapids, was charged with assault with intent to cause serious injury. An arraignment is set for July 24. He also pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Erica Abigail Sams, Anamosa, was charged with ongoing criminal conduct, 1st degree theft, and possession of burglar’s tools. An arraignment is set for July 24.

     Heather Joanne Calhoon, Monticello, was charged with controlled substance violation (marijuana) and possession of controlled substance (cocaine) 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 24.

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury. A preliminary hearing is set for July 21.

     Alicia Kay Buck, Coggon, pleaded guilty to 4th degree theft. She was fined $315 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail. The fine was suspended. Buck also had a charge of removal of theft-detection device, dismissed.

     Cody Michael Queto, Elkhart, pleaded guilty to gatherings – marijuana. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs, and placed on unsupervised probation for one year.

     Kylie Beverly Ann Snip, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Sept. 26.

     Mitchell Lee Wolford, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for July 24.

     Gabriel Ari Finn, Anamosa, was charge with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for July 24.

     Tami Lynn Duffy, Cascade, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Aug. 7.

     Drew Nickolas Martin, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for July 31.

     John Joseph Cupples, Onslow, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Aug. 7.

     Kenneth Kentrell Grimes, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Aug. 7.

     Joseph Philip Jensen, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 28.

     Billie Jean Barton, Monticello, was arrested for unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana. A court date was set for July 12.

     Wesley Carl Gerdes, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana. No court date was set.

     Dylan D. Wilson, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana. No court date was set.

     Donald Edward Curran, Hopkinton, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 178 days suspended. He was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Curran also had a charge of eluding, dismissed.

     Jordan Patrick Edwards, Hopkinton, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs, and placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Autumn Wendy Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Sept. 19.

     Robert Scott Faust, Monticello, had a charge of OWI 1st offense, dismissed.

     Harold Henry Paul, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Sept. 26.

     Rodney Dean Etten, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 22.

     Kayla Ann Kurt, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 24.
