     Aaron Deverne Fuessley, Monticello, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred and possession of prescription drug/device without a prescription. An arraignment is set for Jan. 17.

     Cory Monroe Johnson, Anamosa, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Jan. 23.

     Tanya Sue Nunez, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of marijuana 3rd offense and possession of methamphetamines 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Jan. 17.

     Charles Vern Houston, Jr., Monticello, was charged with public intoxication 3rd offense. An arraignment is set for Jan. 23.

     Christopher Allen Achey, Marion, was arrested for possession of marijuana 3rd offense, OWI 1st offense and controlled substance violation-accommodation. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.

     Nathan Merrill Gracey, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree burglary. He was sentenced to five years in prison and fined $750 plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault 3rd offense, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines, and assault with a dangerous weapon. Gracey was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the methamphetamines charge, five years in prison for the domestic abuse charge, and two years in prison for the assault with a weapon charge. All of his sentences are to run concurrently. Gracey was also fined a total of $3,125 plus court costs. Two additional counts were dismissed: controlled substance violation and possession of marijuana 3rd offense.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, was charged with 3rd degree burglary and 4th degree criminal mischief. An arraignment is set for Jan. 17.

     Troy James Lloyd, Monticello, was charged with false imprisonment and 2nd degree criminal mischief. An arraignment is set for Jan. 17.

     James Johann Martin, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to forgery. He was sentenced to five years in prison, with the sentence suspended. Martin was placed on probation for two years, and fined $750 plus court costs. He also had a charge of 4th degree theft and an additional forgery charge, both dismissed.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, was charged with 3rd degree burglary. An arraignment is set for Jan. 17.

     Heather Joanne Calhoon, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree robbery and willful injury-causing bodily injury. A jury trial is set for March 21.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was arrested for false imprisonment and domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow. A preliminary hearing was set for Jan. 9.

     Cassandra Renae Abell, Monmouth, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow and domestic abuse assault 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 11.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Steven Ray Barnes, Lost Nation, was charged with eluding and OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.

     Justin Blake Ritzman, Marion, was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.

     Brooke Ann Eichelberger, Marion, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 24.

     Adam Lee Jacobs, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 21.

     Louis Edward Sharp, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 14.

     Judith Renae Guyer, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 14.

     Andrew Allen DeVault, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2nd offense and operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. An arraignment is set for Jan. 17.

     Marissa Lee Bream, Marion, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Travis Michael Hoskins, Cedar Rapids, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Jan. 16.

     Roberto Ryan Ramirez, Oxford Junction, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Jan. 23.
