     Jason Charles McElmeel, Monticello, was found in contempt. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Regan Lee Larson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to credit card fraud. She was placed on self-supervised probation for one year, and assessed a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs. Larson also pleaded guilty to escape from custody-misdemeanant. She was placed on self-supervised probation for one year, and assessed a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Benjamin Allan Etzel, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to sex offender-registration violation 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Anthony Robert Ginther, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to sex offender-registration violation 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Alexander John Monk, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Tyler John Schilling, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for Aug. 22.

     Quinton Russell Monk, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Dustin Travis Smolek, Olin, pleaded not guilty to public intoxication 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     James Lee Bonjour, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to carrying weapons and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Kyler Radford Brundage, Wyoming, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Aug. 14.

     Emily Marie Ostby, Iowa City, was charged with possession of marijuana 2nd offense and OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Aug. 14.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Aug. 14.

     Samantha Jo Oberbreckling, Clarence, was charged with child endangerment and domestic abuse assault-display/use weapon 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for July 24.

     Carolyn Kay Biggart, Anamosa, was charged with child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 11.

     Cory Monroe Johnson, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 4.

     Jacob Allan Ahlrichs, Monticello, was charged with public intoxication 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 9.

     Mason Kendall Simons, Fairfield, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 14.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was cited for driving while license denied/revoked and eluding. A court date is set for Aug. 2. Ellison was also charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Aug. 21.

     Alexis Nicole Lakose, Oxford Junction, was arrested for 3rd degree criminal mischief and child endangerment. No court date was set.

     Tracy Ann Neunaber, Hiawatha, was found in contempt. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Desmond Trvon Westbrook, Oxford Junction, was found guilty of willful injury resulting in bodily injury and two counts of assault with dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined a total of $2,000 plus court costs. Both the sentence and fine were suspended. Westbrook was placed on supervised probation for three years, and ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was arrested for multiple counts of violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. No court date was set. He was also charged with 2nd degree burglary. A preliminary hearing is set for July 31.

     Robert Gibson Haas, Cascade, was charged with domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for Aug. 14.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Monticello, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree theft. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $750 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Osterkamp was placed on supervised probation for three years. He had a charge of 3rd degree burglary, dismissed.

     Mitchell Trent Bendixen, Olin, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements. He was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to two years in prison. The fine was suspended. The sentence is to run concurrently with additional sentences.

     Michael William Huth, Jr., Olin, pleaded guilty to possession of firearm as a felon, 1st degree theft, credit card fraud, and three counts of 3rd degree burglary. He was sentenced to a total of 10 years in prison, and fined a total of $4,750 plus court costs. The fines were suspended, and Huth was ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Bradley Allen Bramer, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, eluding, and two counts of identity theft. A jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Griffin Houston Hansen, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to assault causing serious injury. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Erica Abigail Sams, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to ongoing criminal conduct-unlawful activity, 1st degree harassment, and possession of burglar’s tools. A jury trial is set for Aug. 22.

     Kassaun Lemar Brown, Anamosa, was charged with distribution of controlled substance to person under 18, possession with intent to deliver marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of prescription drug/device without prescription, and gathering where controlled substances are used. An arraignment is set for July 31.

     Trent Joseph Tuel, Clarence, was charged with sex offender-providing false information 2nd offense and two counts of sex offender-registration violation 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 2.

     Michelle Lynn Moore, Anamosa, was found in contempt. She was fined court costs. She also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. She was fined $315 plus court costs, and sentenced to a total of six days in jail.

     Matthew Ian Hutchins, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 22.

     Brandi Jo Dean, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to possession of mathamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Timothy Paul Foster, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of mathamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Charity Sue McCormick, Olin, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness and assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Gabriel Ari Finn, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of cannabidoil 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Eric Robert Meyers, Lowden, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Chase Craig Haker, Morley, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Brenna Renee Bristol, Morley, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for July 31.

     Lee James Hardersen, Anamosa, was cited for driving while license denied/revoked. A court date is set for July 26.

     Zackary Lee Bennett Hartman, Marion, was arrested for assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 4.
