     Patrisha Joan O’Bryant, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with all but two days suspended. She was also fined $625 plus court costs, and placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Cliff Renzo Sills, Jr., Olin, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. Sills’ sentence was suspended, and all but $65 of the fine was suspended. He was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Jack Thomas Larrimore, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Nov. 14.

     Cory Monroe Johnson, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 3rd offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Alexis Nicole Lakose, Oxford Junction, was charged with 3rd degree criminal mischief and child endangerment. An arraignment is set for Aug. 28.

     Martin Joseph Payton, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, possession of cocaine 1st offense, and four counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Mark Daniel Teymer, Cedar Rapids, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Michael David Range, Monticello, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Patrick Gene White, Sr., Onslow, pleaded guilty to deliver/possessing with intent to manufacture/deliver marijuana and possession of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $650 plus court costs. Both the sentence and fine were suspended, and White was placed on probation for three years.

     Todd Duane Moore, Anamosa, was found guilty of possession of marijuana, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His sentence is pending. Moore was found not guilty of possession of methamphetamine.

     Robert Gibson Haas, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse-simple assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with all but six days suspended. Yeisley was placed on unsupervised probation for one year.

     Candace Rose O’Donnell-Meseraull, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to forgery. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Kori Lynn McDaniel, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to forgery. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Melissa May Jenkins, Anamosa, was charged with gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used, possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense, and delivery of methamphetamine. An arraignment is set for Aug. 28.

     Lynn Larue McGovern, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to gathering where controlled substances are used and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Sept. 26.

     Jeffrey Ray Jenkins, was charged with gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used, conspiring to manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to deliver methamphetamine, and three counts of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to manufacture/deliver methamphetamine. An arraignment is set for Aug. 28.

     Martin Joseph Payton, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance (methamphetamine) violation. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     David Michael Waite, Spragueville, was charged with possession of marijuana 3rd offense, consumption of alcohol in a public place 3rd offense, unlawful possession of prescription drug, and two counts of introducing intoxicants/drugs into institution. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Dakota James Carpenter, Monticello, was charged with two counts of 2nd degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Oscar Uriel Flores, Monticello, was charged with two counts of forgery. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Cory John Petersen, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury and domestic abuse assault 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 28.

     Justin Blake Ritzman, Marion, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Oct. 24.

     John Thomas Spalding, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness and domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness. A jury trial is set for Nov. 14.

     Billie Jean Barton, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of prescription drug and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 14.

     Lee James Hardersen, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Zackery Lee Bennett Hartman, Marion, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. No court date was set.

     Jessica Lynn Davis, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and unlawful possession of prescription drug. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Brooke Desire Mull, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 5.

     Michael Gene Recker, Scotch Grove, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Daniel Ryan Petersen, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and gathering where marijuana is used. No court date was set.

     Alicia Renee Smith, Monticello, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Keegan T. Hebert, Clarence, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense and public impairment. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     John Matthew Murphy, Marion, was cited for driving while license denied/revoked. A court date is set for Aug. 30.

     Joshua Alan Ray, Clinton, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 5.

     Scott Oliver Northrup, Ely, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 24.

     Patrick James Snodgrass, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense and driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Cora Carleen Kahle, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Her sentence is pending.

     Alexander Cole Van Fossen, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Braxton Phillip Matthiesen, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6.

     Audrey Lynn Sheehy, address not available, was arrested for OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set.
