     Cassandra Ruth Abram, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of burglar’s tools and 3rd degree theft. She was sentenced to two years in prison and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence is to run concurrently with previous sentences. The fine was suspended.

     Louis Edward Sharp, Monticello, pleaded guilty to assault with intent to inflict serious injury. He was sentenced to two years in prison and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Sharp was placed on supervised probation for two years.

     Samantha Jo Oberbreckling, Lisbon, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment and two counts of domestic abuse assault-displaying/using weapon. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Carolyn Kay Biggart, Anamosa, was charged with child endangerment. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Jamie Vernon Casper, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to sex offender-area/activity violation 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was charged with eluding/attempting to elude a law enforcement vehicle and driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18. Ellison was also charged with OWI 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Jennifer Ann Payton, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, possession of cocaine 1st offense, controlled substance violation (methamphetamine), and four counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for Sept. 19.

     Matthew Raymond Bills, New Vienna, was charged with possession of marijuana 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18.

     Derrick Scott Maschmann, Clarence, was arrested for driving while barred. No court date was set.

     Paula P. Rigopoulos, Galena, Ill., was charged with OWI 1st offense and two counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Christopher Michael Taylor, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense and child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Angela Lee Pearson, Olin, pleaded guilty to accessory after-the-fact. She was fined $625 plus court costs and placed on unsupervised probation for two years.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello, was found guilty of 3rd degree burglary. He was fined $750 plus court costs and sentenced to five years in prison. The sentence was suspended, and Wuckert was placed on probation for three years.

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $65 plus court costs. All but six days of the sentence was suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Yeisley also had a charge of public intoxication, dismissed.

     Trent Joseph Tuel, Clarence, was charged with three counts of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements. An arraignment is set for Sept. 5.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for Sept. 19.

     Melissa Ray Jenkins, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to gathering where controlled substances are used, possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense and controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A jury trial is set for Sept. 19.

     Jeffrey Ray Jenkins, Marion, pleaded not guilty to gathering where controlled substances are used and four counts of controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Alexis Nicole Lakose, Oxford Junction, was charged with delivering/possessing with intent to deliver methamphetamine, gathering where controlled substances are used, and child endangerment. An arraignment is set for Sept. 5.

     Kendra J. Dennis, Clarence, pleaded not guilty to gathering where controlled substances are used and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. No court date was set.

     John Richard Schilt, Monticello, was charged with conveying contraband on/in grounds of correctional facility and operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Sept. 5.

     Michael Gene Recker, Scotch Grove, was charged with controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 6. He was also charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. She was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Zackary Lee Bennett Hartman, Marion, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. A jury trial is set for Nov. 14.

     Tracy Doreen Clark, Marion, was charged with 4th degree theft. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Ryan Andrew Patzkowsky, Olin, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 5.

     Candi Marie Giellis, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 5.

     Thomas Allen Farris, Jr., Monticello, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Elijah J. Dowell, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Cora Carleen Kahle, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,350 plus court costs.

     Sarah Jane Luchtenburg, Anamosa was charged with OWI 1st offence. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Keith Arthur Wernimont, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2nd offence. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Audrey Lynn Sheehy, address not available, was charged with OWI 1st offence and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Gregory Michael Heyl, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.
