     Jacob Allan Ahlrichs, Monticello, pleaded guilty to public intoxication 1st offense. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Alexis Nicole Lakose, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree criminal mischief, child endangerment, controlled substance violation (methamphetamine), and gathering where controlled substances are used. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Derrick Scott Maschmann, Clarence, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license is barred. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Dalton Jud Starn, Anamosa, was charged with eluding/attempting to elude a law enforcement vehicle. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18.

     Damien Edward Southwick, Anamosa, was charged with 3rd degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 20.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Gauge Leon Linne, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to contempt and assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. He was fined $315 plus court costs, and sentenced to 30 days in jail. The sentences are to run concurrently.

     John Douglas Riffle IV, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession of methamphetamine. He was fined $135 plus court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 152 days suspended. Riffle was also placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Trent Joseph Tuel, Clarence, pleaded guilty to the lesser offenses of three counts of failure to comply with sex offender registrar requirements. He was fined a total of $1,875 plus court costs, and sentenced to two years in prison on each count (total of six years). The fine and sentences were suspended. Tuel was placed on supervised probation for two years.

     Kendra J. Dennis, Clarence, pleaded not guilty to gathering where controlled substances are used and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Zane Michael Henry Adney, Olin, was charged with distributing/possessing with intent to distribute marijuana to a person under the age of 18. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     John Richard Schilt, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of contraband in correctional institution and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Bruce Glenn Freeman III, Manchester, was arrested for two counts of possession of contraband in correctional institution. No court date was set.

     Bailee Lynn Usher, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked, OWI 1st offense, and possession of marijuana. She was fined a total of $2,656 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Eric Robert Meyers, Lowden, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was assessed a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs, with $275 suspended. Usher also had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

     Daniel Ryan Petersen, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and gathering where marijuana is used. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Candi Marie Giellis, Anamosa, leaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     John Matthew Murphy, Marion, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 18.

     Logan Roger Springer, Maquoketa, was charged with eluding and driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18.

     Melissa Lee Duggan, Hopkinton, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 20.

     Joshua Alan Ray, Clinton, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 14.

     Michael James Riley, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. No court date was set.

     Debbie Kay Lynch, Peosta, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11.

     Kevin Lee First, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Angela Marie Pettit, Mechanicsville, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 20.

     Stewart Grant Grobstick, Dubuque, was charged with OWI 1st offense and controlled substance violation (methandienone). A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 20.
