     Gerald Wayne Munson, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to stalking. A jury trial is set for Dec. 19.

     Thomas Gerard Boyle, Cascade, was found guilty of assault. He was fined $625 plus court costs.

     Kobe Kayshawn Brown, Cedar Rapids, was charged with credit card fraud. An arraignment is set for Sept. 25.

     Carolyn Kay Biggart, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment. A jury trial is set for Dec. 19.

     Mason Kendall Simons, Fairfield, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Nov. 7.

     Christopher Scott Thomas, Olin, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Dec. 19.

     Derrick Scott Maschmann, Clarence, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Dalton Jud Starn, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to eluding-speed over 25mph over the limit. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, was charged with animal abuse, animal neglect-death/serious injury, and animal torture 1st offense. No court date was set.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense and 3rd degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. Both the sentence and fine were suspended, and Loehr was placed on unsupervised probation for two years. He was also ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Lynn Larue McGovern, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of gathering where marijuana is used. She was fined $315 plus court costs and sentenced to 44 days in jail.

     Zane Michael Henry Adney, Olin, pleaded not guilty to drug distribution violation to person under 18. A jury trial is set for Nov. 7.

     Dakota James Carpenter, Monticello, was charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18.

     Oscar Uriel Flores, Monticello, was charged with two counts of forgery. An arraignment is set for Sept. 25.

     Blake Erick Taylor, Marion, was charged with controlled substance violation (cocaine) and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 27.

     Angela Lynn Leffler, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury. Judgment was deferred, and she was fined $315 plus court costs. Leffler was also placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Jennifer Rae Armstrong, Marion, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended. Armstrong was also placed on self-supervised probation for one year, and fined court costs.

     Kylie Beverly Ann Snip, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Tracy Doreen Clark, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Coleman Joseph Hardin, Bettendorf, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Sept. 25.

     Nicholas Todd Petersen, Olin, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and gathering where marijuana is used. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Reid Spencer Carrier, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and gathering where marijuana is used. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Martin Joseph Payton, Monticello, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18.

     Jennifer Ann Payton, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 18.

     Jessie James Bright, Monticello, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 27.

     James Jones Steines, Maquoketa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 27.

     Elijah J. Dowell, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Sarah Jane Luchtenburg, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Keith Arthur Wernimont, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 19.

     Michael James Riley, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 24.

     Nicole Jean Hicks, Guttenberg, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 14.

     Katherine Lynn Hersom, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Bailey Inez Ovenshire III, Palo, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 27.

     Lonnie Ray Eilers, Cedar Rapids, was charged with OWI 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 27.

     Jason William Aitchison, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 27.

     Robert Nathan Bly, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.
