     Wendi Sue Smith, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to child endangerment. Sentence was deferred, and Smith was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while license barred. She was fined $625 plus court costs and sentenced to 15 days in jail.

     Dustin Travis Smolek, Olin, pleaded guilty to public intoxication 3rd offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 23 days suspended, and fined $625 plus court costs. Smolek was also placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     James Lee Bonjour, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of manner of conveyance. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Matthew Raymond Bills, New Vienna, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Christopher Michael Taylor, Monticello was charged with child endangerment and OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, was charged with animal abuse, animal torture, and animal neglect. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Trampus Alan Bell, Mechanicsville, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. No court date was set.

     Kassaun Lamar Brown, Anamosa, was found guilty of assault causing bodily injury. He was sentenced to one year in prison, to run concurrently with a previous sentence, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Adam Joseph Merfeld, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to enticing a minor under 16-sexual purpose and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Candace Rose O’Donnell-Meserauall, Martelle, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of forgery. She was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for two years.

     Madison Rose Hankemeier, Cedar Rapids, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness, 4th degree theft, and 1st degree burglary. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Dakota James Carpenter, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for Dec. 19.

     Cory John Petersen, Marion, was charged with two counts of domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Michael Gene Recker, Scotch Grove, was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment was set for Sept. 15.

     Debra Jo Moser, Anamosa, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 25.

     Cassandra Mae Wescott, Monticello, was charged with 2nd degree theft. A court date is set for Sept. 27.

     Brandon Jo Fort, Center Point, was arrested for 2nd degree theft. No court date was set. Fort was also charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Dylon Scott Kula, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of driving while license under suspension. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Kula was also fined $65 plus court costs.

     Joseph Philip Jensen, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Jeremy Evan Boge, Anamosa, was charged with 4th degree theft. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Ryan Andrew Patzkowsky, Stanwood, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 19.

     Jennifer Ann Payton, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Logan Roger Springer, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to eluding and driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Adam James Christenson, Lisbon, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drug. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 4.

     Corey Dwight Gott, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of public intoxication. He was fined $625 plus court costs.

     Elizabeth May Gifford, Mechanicsville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 12.

     Gregory Michael Heyl, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 14.

     Robert Nathan Bly, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 4.

     Gregory Alan Buol, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 27.

     Shirley Felicia Zimmerman, Las Vegas, Nev., was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 4.
