   Kelly Renee Cornett, Monticello, was charged with 3^rd degree criminal mischief. No court date was set.

   Jeffrey Alan Urbanek, Monticello, pleaded guilty to contempt of court for violating terms/conditions of probation. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined court costs. He also pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of driving while license denied/revoked. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined court costs. Urbanek was charged with OWI 2^nd offense. No court date was set.

   Jason Anthony Osborn, Morley, pleaded not guilty to stalking-violation of protective order. A jury trial is set for April 1.

   Crystal Marie McCaw, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to forgery and 4^th degree theft. A jury trial is set for July 8.

   Jason Eugene Moody, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to insurance fraud-conspiracy. A jury trial is set for July 8.

   Douglas A. Lewin, Anamosa, was charged with used/expired drug tax stamp, dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by a felon, controlled substance violation, gathering where controlled substances are used, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance 3^rd offense. No court date was set.

   Moraima Romero Gomez, Anamosa, was charged with animal neglect with injury and two counts of animal neglect-no injury/serious injury or death. An arraignment is set for March 24.

   Jesse John Spahn, East Dubuque, Ill., was charged with timber buyer-bond/accounting violation. No court date was set.

   Devonte James Merrill, Monticello, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 2^nd offense. A preliminary hearing was set for March 10.

   Tammy Melinda Shuffield, Cedar Rapids, was cited for driving while license denied/revoked. A court date is set for March 12.

   Dennis Charles Lakose, Olin, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year.

   Coltyn Daniel Torres, Winthrop, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for March 17.

   Brayden Anthony Gravel, Center Junction, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. No court date was set.
