     Benjamin Allan Etzel, Monticello, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements 1st offense. He was fined $625 plus court costs.

     Michael David Range, Monticello, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. An arraignment is set for Oct. 16.

     Paula P. Rigopoulos, Galena, Ill., pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and two counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for Nov. 7.

     Anthony Robert Ginther, Monticello, was charged with two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to animal abuse, animal torture 1st offense, and animal neglect-death/serious injury. A jury trial is set for Jan. 9, 2018.

     Jeramy James Kray, Anamosa, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 11.

     Jeffrey Thomas Annen, Le Claire, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 4.

     Devonte James Merrill, Anamosa, was found to be in contempt of court. He was sentenced to 100 days in jail, and charged court costs.

     Leslie Michelle Glick, Anamosa, was found to be in contempt of court. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, and charged court costs.

     Cameron Joseph Gilson, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of violating conditions of probation. He was sentenced to two years in prison, to run concurrently with a sentence in Linn County. Gilson was also charged court costs.

     Brooke Desiree Mull, Anamosa, was found guilty of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison and fined $1,000 plus court costs. Both the sentence and fine were suspended, and Mull was placed on supervised probation for three years. She also pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     David Michael Waite, Spragueville, was charged with possession of prescription drug/device without prescription and possession of marijuana 3rd offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Michael Gene Recker, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (methamphetamine) and driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Jan. 9, 2018. Recker also pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Blake Erick Taylor, Marion, was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 16.

     Cassandra Mae Wescott, Anamosa, was charged with 2nd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Oct. 9.

     Jamie Alen Boge, Anamosa, was charged with injury/interference with police service dog. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Alicia Renee Smith, Monticello, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Austin Michael Woods, Anamosa, was charged with false reports to public safety entities. An arraignment is set for Oct. 2.

     Thomas Allen Farris, Jr., Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 9, 2018.

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 11.

     Eric Charles Struss, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Alexander Cole Van Fossen, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 9, 2018.

     Braxton Phillip Matthiesen, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 16.

     Audrey Lynn Sheehy, Hopkinton, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 16.

     Stewart Grant Grobstick, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possessing an anabolic steroid. An arraignment is set for Oct. 16.

     Brandon Jo Fort, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 9, 2018.

     Christopher Michael Sheehan, Walford, was charged with OWI 3rd offense. An preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2.
