Cein Michael Lee Palecki, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while barred. A case management conference is set for July 28.
Eric Alex Taylor, Clinton, was charged with driving while barred as a habitual offender. An arraignment is set for June 30.
Levi Allen Miller, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault second offense. An arraignment is set for June 30.
Kaleb James Welk, Davenport, violated the terms and conditions of probation and was found in contempt of court. Welk was sentenced to 120 days in jail.
John C. Jacobson, Olin, was found guilty to a charge of third-degree burglary. Jacobson was sentenced to up to five years in jail and fined $1,025 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended and Jacobson was placed on probation for two years.
Joshua Paul Cummings, Marion, violated the terms and conditions of probation and was found in contempt of court. Cummings was sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Jordan Lee Jaeger, Monticello, violated the terms and conditions of probation and was found in contempt of court. Jaeger was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Brandon Lere Haas, Anamosa, violated the terms and conditions of probation and was found in contempt of court. Haas was sentenced to 88 days in jail.
Hunter Lee Reinier, Monticello, pleaded guilty to charges of eluding, operating without owner’s consent and third-degree burglary. Reinier was sentenced to up to 19 years in jail and fined $3,080 plus court costs.
Jerit David Clark, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault committed by a person against whom a protective order is issued. A jury trial is set for Sept. 23.
Benjamin John Hines, Anamosa, was charged with first-degree arson. An arraignment was set for June 16.
Trevor John Urban, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to a charge of controlled substance violation. A jury trial is set for Sept. 23.
Dylan Leslie White, Dyersville, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault. White was sentenced to 30 days in jail. All but two days of the sentence was suspended and White was placed on probation for one year.
Tracy Lynn Jenks, Anamosa, was charged with possession of a controlled substance: marijuana and possession of a controlled substance: methamphetamine. An arraignment is set for June 30.
Noah Scott Tedrow, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance: marijuana. An arraignment is set for June 30.
Kody C. Sprau, Monticello, pleaded guilty to a charge of persons ineligible to possess dangerous weapons. Sprau was sentenced to 365 days in jail and fined $430 plus court costs. All but 14 days of the sentence were suspended and Sprau was placed on probation for two years.
