Dillon Ray Lakose, Olin, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements. Lakose was fined $855 plus court costs.

     Joseph C. Rivera, Rock Falls, Ill., was found in contempt of court for violating the terms and conditions of probation. Rivera was sentenced to a total of 365 days in jail.

     Jason Eugene Moody, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to a charge of fraudulent submission to insurer – conspiring to make fraudulent submission with intent to defraud insurer. Moody was given a deferred judgment and placed on probation for three years.

     Noah Scott Tedrow, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance: marijuana. A case management conference is set for Aug. 18.

     Hunter Lee Reinier, Monticello, was charged with assault causing bodily injury. An arraignment is set for Jue 30.

     Brayden Anthony Gravel, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to a charge of OWI. Gravel was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Austin James Lenger, Springville, pleaded guilty to a charge of OWI. Lenger was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs. All but 10 days of the sentence was suspended and Lenger was placed on probation for one year.

     Robert George Votrobeck, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to a charge of OWI. A case management conference was set for June 23.

     Josiah Matthew Kline, Anamosa, was charged with OWI, second offense. An arraignment is set for June 30.
