     Alison Marie Spindle, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. Judgment was deferred, and Spindle was placed on probation for one year. Her fine is pending.

     David Michael Waite, Spragueville, was charged with public intoxication 3^rd offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23. Waite also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 3^rd offense. He was sentenced to two years in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Waite was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Trampus Alan Bell, Olin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Jeffrey Thomas Annen, Le Claire, was charged with domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Darren Anthony Daugherty, Anamosa, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 25.

     Jared Thomas Hajek, Tipton, was cited for carrying weapons-knife used in crime. A court date was set for Nov. 1.

     Cory John Petersen, Marion, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury and domestic abuse assault 3^rd offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Bruce Glenn Freeman III, Manchester, was charged with two counts of introducing contraband into/onto jail. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Debra Jo Moser, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 3^rd offense and possession of oxycodone 3^rd offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Brandon Jo Fort, Center Junction, was charged with 2^nd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Dustin Travis Smolek, Olin, was charged with the 2^nd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Jamie Alen Boge, Anamosa, was charged with controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). No court date was set.

     Nathan Alan Thomson, Mount Vernon, was charged with controlled substance violation (marijuana), failure to affix drug stamp, and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 18.

     Andrew Alan Witham, Muscatine, was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations-use/display weapons, 2^nd degree theft, eluding, and OWI 2^nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 16.

     Matthew N. VonBehren, Wyoming, was charged with five counts of lascivious acts with a child-inflict pain/discomfort and two counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 18.

     Timothy Paul Foster, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1^st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and Foster was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Melissa Lee Duggan, Hopkinton, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Levi Mathew Welker, Monticello, was charged with public intoxication 2^nd offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Dylan James Steines, Maquoketa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Adam James Christenson, Lisbon, was charged with possession of prescription drug without valid prescription. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     James Noel Townsend, Olin, was charged with 4^th degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 25.

     James Daniel Terry, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Bailey Inex Ovenshire III, Palo, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 30.

     Lonnie Ray Eilers, Cedar Rapids, was charged with OWI 3^rd offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Jason William Aitchison, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2^nd offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

     Robert Nathan Bly, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 30.
