     Jack Thomas Larrimore, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Michael David Range, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to operating motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A jury trial is set for Jan. 23, 2018.

     Trampus Alan Bell, Olin, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 30, 2018.

     Brandon Howard Wedig, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Jared Thomas Hajek, Tipton, was charged with carrying weapons-knife used in crime. An arraignment is set for Nov. 13.

     David Bauer Sterling, Jr., Monticello, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. An arraignment is set for Nov. 6.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of gathering. Judgment was deferred, and Cudahy was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Brett Mitchell Bloomquist, Monticello, was found guilty of assault without intent to cause serious injury but causing serious injury. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $750 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Nathan Alan Thomson, Mount Vernon, was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and failure to affix drug tax stamp. An arraignment is set for Nov. 13.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was fined court costs.

     Sharayah Danielle Owens, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Owens was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Logan Roger Springer, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to eluding. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. Springer also had a charge of driving while license denied/revoked, dismissed.

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for Nov. 13.

     Jeremy Dean Hunter, Wyoming, was charged with domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 22.

     Keirston Free Peterson, Lisbon, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Nov. 20.

     Joshua Alan Ray, Clinton, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Nicole Jean Hicks, Guttenberg, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to seven days in jail, to run concurrently with another sentence. Hicks was also fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Bailey Inex Ovenshire III, Palo, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Robert Nathan Bly, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 13, 2018.

     Christopher Michael Sheehan, Walford, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 13, 2018.

     Randy Kevin Moenk, Hopkinton, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Nov. 13.

     Aaron John Martensen, Earlville, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Nov. 13.

     Richard Allen Ketelsen, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Nov. 13.

     Zachary Chans Monk, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Nov. 13.

     Brandon Dean Heskett, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 15.
