District Court

     Madison Rose Hankemeier, Lisbon, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for Feb. 13.

     Conner Patrick Keleher, Monticello, was arrested for possession of marijuana 3rd offense. A court date is set for Nov. 15.

     Ray Dean Bennett, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 15.

     Logan Roger Springer, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to manufacturing methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and fined $1,000 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Springer was placed on probation for three years.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree theft. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $750 plus court costs. The fine was suspended, and Dugan was ordered to pay victim restitution totaling $1,470.

     Jamie Alen Boge, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A jury trial is set for Feb. 13.

     Nathan Alan Thomson, Mount Vernon, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (marijuana) and failure to affix drug stamp. A jury trial is set for Feb. 13.

     Andrew Alan Witham, Muscatine, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations-use/display weapon, 2nd degree theft, eluding, and OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 9.

     Bocephus Francis Neenan, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 23.

     Matthew Neil VonBehren, Olin, pleaded not guilty to five counts of lascivious acts with a child and two counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse. A jury trial is set for Jan. 23.

     John Thomas Spalding, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness and domestic abuse assault. His sentence is pending.

     Coleman Joseph Hardin, Bettendorf, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Kevin Donald Douglas, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 15.

     Theodore Joseph Weber, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and interference with official acts-bodily injury. A jury trial is set for Jan. 30.

     Aaron John Martensen, Earlville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 23.

     Allison Marie Whitenack, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 22.

     Blazo Oroz, Springville, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.
