District Court

     Trelain Allen DeJesus, Havelock, N.C., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. His fine is pending. He also had a charge of manner of conveyance-assembled unloaded gun, dismissed.

     Derrick Scott Maschmann, Clarence, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving while barred and assault causing bodily injury. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,565 plus court costs.

     Christopher Scott Thomas, Olin, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Brandon Howard Wedig, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense. His sentence and fine are pending.

     Halsey Lee Hunt, Morley, was cited for driving while barred. A court was set for Dec. 6.

     Michael David Range, Monticello, was arrested for driving while barred. No court date was set.

     Gavin Martin Larsen, Almond, Wis., was arrested for two counts of carrying weapons and possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Isaac Abraham Avery, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and Avery was placed on probation for three years. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs.

     Jeremy Evan Boge, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. A jury trial is set for March 13.

     John Matthew Murphy, Marion, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Kathleen Sue McNamara, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree harassment. A jury trial is set for March 6.

     Tanner Hayzlett, Olin, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A court date was set for Dec. 6.

     Amanda Lynn Soper, Olin, was cited for driving while license denied/revoked. A court date was set for Jan. 10.

     Kevin Lee First, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. $625 was waived.

     Adam Michael Alden, Monticello, was arrested for OWI 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 13.
