     Andrew William Walton, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 3.

     Robert Gibson Haas, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to eluding. A jury trial is set for April 3.

     David Allen Miller, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred, eluding, and operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for April 3.

     Gavin Martin Larsen, Almond, Wis., pleaded guilty to carrying weapons and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs.

     Bret James Mettler, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree burglary and willful injury causing bodily injury. A jury trial is set for April 3.

     Deke Rodney Heister, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to going armed with intent and two counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. A jury trial is set for March 20.

     Coleman Joseph Hardin, Bettendorf, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Keegan T. Hebert, Marion, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Thomas Allen Farris, Jr., Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Kevin Donald Douglas, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for April 10.

     Amanda Lynn Soper, Olin, was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Jan. 3.

     Ashton Elaine English, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana. An arraignment is set for Jan. 3. She was also arrested on another charge of possession of marijuana. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 27.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was arrested for domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 27.

     Kirk Charleston Johnston, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date was set for Dec. 27.

     Alexander Cole Van Fossen, Onslow, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Brandon Dean Heskett, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 20.

     Blazo Oroz, Springville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 20.

     Jay Raymond Hanken, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 20.

     Brandon Michael Ehrisman, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 10.

     Rylee Nichole Nightingale, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 3.

     Anothony Dean Ehlts, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 3.
