District Court

     Christopher Michael Taylor, Monticello, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on probation for two years. Taylor was also assessed civil penalties totaling $1,875 plus court costs.

     Kyle Brandon Orcutt, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 17.

     Cori Jo Kula, Central City, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree theft. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on probation for three years. Kula was also assessed a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs.

     Cassandra Mae Wescott, Anamosa, was found not guilty of 2nd degree theft.

     Bocephus Francis Neenan, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree theft and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on probation for three years. Neenan was also assessed civil penalties totaling $1,065 plus court costs.

     Cody Norman Knepper, Anamosa, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury and child endangerment. A preliminary hearing was set for Jan. 31.

     Billie Jean Barton, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended, and assessed a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs. Barton was also placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Mitchell Lee Wolford, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of assault. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Austin Michael Woods, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to false reports to public safety entities. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Randy Richard Rickels, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     Amanda Lynn Soper, Olin, pleaded not guilty to driving while driver’s license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for March 13.

     Adam Joseph Neunaber, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.

     Renie Katheryn Frisby McCallum, Manchester, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     Derek William Duecker, Mechanicsville, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.

     Kevin Miles McClure, Stanwood, was arrested for OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.
