District Court

     Dalton Jud Starn, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to eluding. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. Starn was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs.

     Heather Joanne Calhoon, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver marijuana, willful injury resulting in bodily injury, possession of marijuana 2nd offense, possession of prescription drug without valid prescription, and possession of cocaine 2nd offense. Sentence is pending.

     Matthew Neil VonBehren, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to one count of lascivious conduct with a minor. He was sentenced to one year in jail, with all but 30 days suspended. VonBehren was also placed on probation for two years, and fined $315 plus court costs. In addition he was assessed a civil penalty of $250. VonBehren pleaded guilty to four additional counts of lascivious conduct with a minor. He was sentenced to one year in jail for each count, and fined a total of $1,260 plus court costs. The sentences were suspended, and he was placed on probation for four years. He was also assessed civil penalties totaling $1,000.

     Misty Lynn Kraft, North Liberty, pleaded not guilty to two counts of forgery. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     Damien Edward Southwick, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     Kirk Charleston Johnston, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     Kolin Chandler Geiger, Olin, was cited for possession of cannabidol 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.

     Theodore Joseph Weber, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and interference with official acts with injury. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined a total of $1,565 plus court costs.

     Allen Michael Boheman, Monticello, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.

     Travis Wayne Young, Monticello, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 24.

     Dina Sue Thomas, Monticello, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.

     Jose Luis Garcia Cortez, Columbus Junction, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 24.
