District Court

     Steven Ray Barnes, Lost Nation, was charged with OWI 1st offense and eluding. An arraignment is set for Jan. 30.

     Ryan Ray Oldfather, Anamosa, was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 3.

     Tanya Sue Nunez, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense and possession of methamphetmine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow. No court date is set.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary and 4th degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     Jesse David Iben, Monticello, was charged with 3rd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Jan. 30.

     Clayton David Lubben, Monticello, was charged with 3rd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Jan. 30.

     Seth John Dunnahoo, Mechanicsville, was charged with domestic abuse assault 3rd offense and child endangerment. An arraignment is set for Jan. 30.

     Shae Allen Caven, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     George Aaron Woodward, Lowden, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, with $625 waived. Woodward was also placed on unsupervised probation for one year.

     Daniel Robert Dietiker, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Jennifer Anne Isbell, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense, and sentenced to 30 days jail. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and Isbell was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Krystal Raquel Keppel, Scotch Grove, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Andrew Allen DeVault, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense and operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. He was fined a total of $2,500 plus court costs, and sentenced to two years in prison on each count. The sentences are to run concurrently. All but 20 days on DeVault’s sentence were suspended. He was placed on supervised probation for two years.

     Travis Michael Hoskins, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Scott Fredrick Lubben, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     Joseph Michael Penry, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 25.
