     Gauge Leon Linne, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with sex offender registry. He was fined $625 plus court costs.

     Cory Monroe Johnson, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for April 4.

     Charles Vern Houston, Jr., Monticello, pleaded not guilty to public intoxication 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     Martin Joseph Payton, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to failure to comply with sex offender registration violation 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     David Allan Miller, Anamosa, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Feb. 6.

     Gerald Wayne Monson, Wyoming, was charged with three counts of 3rd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 13.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 28. Williams was also charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 13.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was arrested for domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.

     Jesse David Iben, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault and false imprisonment. An arraignment is set for Jan. 30.

     Austin Joseph-Cook Brown, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     David William Wren, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Shenandoah James Carmer, Marion, was charged with possession of marijuana 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 6.

     Megan Kristine Savage, Burlington, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 6.

     Connor Joseph Rigby, Madrid, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 10.

     John William James Melville, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty totaling $1,565 plus court costs, and placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Kenneth Lee McCracken, Jr., Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 13.

     Roberto Ryan Ramirez, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 4.

     Tracy Lynn Tuel, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 13.

     Bruce Michael Miell, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 28.

     Erika Jo Parker, Marion, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 13.
