District Court

     Tami Jo Rahill, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. She was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Rahill was placed on supervised probation for one year. She was also ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Jennifer Ann Payton, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to delivering/possessing with intent to deliver methamphetamine, child endangerment, and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Sentencing is set for July 16. Payton also had charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine 1st offense, and three counts of child endangerment, all dismissed.

     Kip David Wilson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offenses of two counts of 3rd degree harassment. He was fined a total of $200 plus court costs.

     Steven Thomas Byrne, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 14.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 5.

     Matthew Drew Mayberry, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to eluding and the lesser offense of 3rd degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to a total of two years in jail, and fined a total of $630 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Mayberry was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Skylar John Smith, Mount Vernon, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroine 3rd offense and possession of fetanyl 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 10.

     Michael Anthony Fetzer, Madison, Wis., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Fetzer was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Jeremy Evan Boge, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 4th degree theft. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. Boge was also ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Jeremy Dean Hunter, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $65 plus court costs. Hunter had a charge of domestic abuse assault, dismissed.

     Kathleen Sue McNamara, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of 1st degree harassment. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. McNamara was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $65 plus court costs. She had a charge of assault, dismissed.

     Amanda Lynn Soper, Olin, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. She was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Ashton Elaine English, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Megan Barbara Sarazin, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for May 22.

     Jason Alan Parker, Monticello, was charged with 4th degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for March 14.

     Keith Arthur Wernimont, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Allison Marie Whitenack, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Timothy Scott Kruger, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Kruger was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs.
