     Rebecca Catherine Heideman, Anamosa, had charges of child endangerment and possession of marijuana 1st offense, dismissed.

     Jeremy P. McKnight, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for May 23.

     Alex Leon Dirks, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for July 17.

     Jeremy Dean Hunter, Wyoming, was charged with 1st degree harassment and assault on persons engaged. A preliminary hearing is set for May 23.

     Christopher John Simmons, Central City, received a deferred judgment on a charge of possessing with intent to deliver methamphetamine. He was assessed a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs. The civil penalty was suspended, and Simmons was placed on probation for three years.

     Griffin Houston Hansen, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to the lesser offenses of assault with intent to inflict serious injury and 3rd degree criminal mischief. Judgments were deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. Hansen was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,250 plus court costs and victim restitution.

     Mark Dewalt Owens, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft. A jury trial is set for July 27.

     Dustin Michael Gudenkauf, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. He was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to two years in prison. All but two days were suspended, and Gudenkauf was placed on supervised probation for one year.

     Anthony Michael Padilla, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of contraband in correctional institution, controlled substance violation (Xanax), and two counts of unlawful possession of prescription drug. A jury trial is set for July 10.

     Casandra Lea Winkel, Cedar Rapids, was charged with 2nd degree theft. An arraignment is set for May 21.

     Michael Anthony Cudahy, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree burglary and domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury. A jury trial is set for Aug. 14.

     Marcus Terrell Allen, Anamosa, was charged with two counts of sex offender-registration violation 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 23.

     Torrie Chelsea Minnaert, Olin, was charged with possession of contraband in correctional institution, reckless use of fire/explosives, and possession of cannabidiol 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 16.

     Randy Richard Rickels, Monticello, pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $65 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Rickels was placed on unsupervised probation for one year.

     Kirk Charleston Johnston, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Jeremy Evan Boge, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 53 days in jail, and fined court costs. He had charges of domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

     Karen Villegas Ricklefs, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree harassment. No court date was set.

     Philip Dean Smith, Anamosa, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date was set for June 6.

     Harold Henry Paul, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Jon Joseph Menster, Olin, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Jacob Wayne Heasty, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 23.
