     Kyle Bearce, Monticello, was arrested for contempt-violation of a no-contact/protective order. A contempt hearing is set for Feb. 20.

     Justin Adrian Christiansen, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Christopher Allen Achey, Marion, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense, OWI 1st offense, and controlled substance violation. A jury trial is set for April 18.

     Halsey Lee Hunt, Morley, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. An arraignment is set for Feb. 20. Hunt was also charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 15.

     David Allen Miller, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for April 18.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault no trial date is set.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 27.

     Lamont Lloyd, address not available, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations-bodily injury. A jury trial is set for March 21.

     Keegan T. Hebert, Cedar Rapids, was charged with 3rd degree attempted burglary and 4th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21.

     Jack Edward Sadler, Martelle, was charged with four counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and two counts of lascivious conduct with a minor. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 22.

     Terrell Lavonte Cole, Oxford Junction, was charged with domestic abuse assault-display/use of a weapon 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 22.

     Robert Allan Rickels, Monticello, previously pleaded guilty to manufacturing marijuana. He was placed on probation for three years, and fined a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs.

     Taylor Rose Gray, Monticello, pleaded guilty to six counts of forgery. She was sentenced to five years in prison on each count, with sentences to run concurrently. Her sentences were suspended, and Gray was placed on probation for two years. She was also fined $750 on each count plus court costs. Her fines were suspended.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was arrested for violation of a no-contact/protective order. A contempt hearing was set for Feb. 13.

     Trevor Alan Siebels, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury. No court date is set.

     George Matthew Wells, Wyoming, was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. An arraignment is set for Feb. 20. Wells also pleaded guilty to a lesser offense of assault. He was sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $100 plus court costs.

     John Dale Spores, Jr., Morley, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 3rd offense. An arraignment was set for Feb. 13.

     Shenandoah James Carmer, Marion, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for April 18.

     Megan Kristine Savage, Burlington, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 18.

     Connor Joseph Rigby, Madrid, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 27.

     Gunner Andrew Domeyer, Delaware, was charged with 4th degree theft. A court date is set for Feb. 15.

     Regan Lee Larson, Anamosa, was charged with escape from custody-misdemeanant. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 22.

     Cori Jo Kula, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 21.

     Kenneth Lee McCracken, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for April 18.

     Adam Troy Tincknell, Crystal City, Mo., was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 20.

     Joseph Michael Penty, Cedar Rapids, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 20.
