     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 3^rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for Aug. 21.

     Levi Darrell Reynolds, Maquoketa, was arrested for driving while barred. No court date was set.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, was found guilty of possessing with intent to deliver methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and fined $1,000 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Orcutt was placed on supervised probation for three years.

     Bruce Glenn Freeman III, Manchester, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, to run concurrently with a sentence in Delaware County; and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Marcus Terrell Allen, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements. He was fined a total of $1,250 plus court costs.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 3^rd offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 21.

     Kyle Brandon Orcutt, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2^nd degree theft. A jury trial is set for Oct. 2.

     Joshua Patrick Codahy, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to 2^nd degree sexual abuse. A jury trial is set for Oct. 2.

     Keegan Terrance Hebert, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 3^rd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for Sept. 11. Hebert also pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense and unlawful possession of a prescription drug. A jury trial is set for Aug. 21.

     Grace Elisabeth Wanbo, Aurora, Colo., was charged with possession of contraband in correctional institution, OWI 1^st offense, and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 1.

     Kelly Rebecca Lange, Anamosa, had a charge of assault on persons engaged in certain occupations, dismissed.

     Lauren Nicole Ward, Cedar Rapids, was charged with 4^th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 1.

     Matthew John Peterson, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2^nd offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 2.

     Steven Thomas Byrne, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 2.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Oct. 2.

     Matthew James Weiland, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. No court date was set.

     Levi James Farmer, Monticello, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 1.

     Larry James Scofield, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for July 30.

     Christina Jennifer Knepper, Cascade, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. She was sentenced to five days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Allen William Stencher, Central City, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 21.

     Stuart Radcliffe Selk, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 2.

     Cory John Onken, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1^st offense and domestic abuse assault 2^nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 1.

     Joshua Charles Parmenter, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2^nd offense, operating without registration card/plate, and open container-21 or older. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 1.

     Cory Alan Bellings, Bellevue, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 1.
