District Court

     Scott Alan Bradley, Jr., Monticello, was found guilty to OWI 3rd offense. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $3,125 plus court costs. All but 30 days was suspended, and Bradley was placed on probation for three years.

     Alan L. Strother, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 27.

     Denise Joy Whitmore, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 27.

     Andrew Masson Osterkamp, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Robert William Michaelis, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and striking fixtures upon roadway. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 10.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. She was sentenced to 25 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Levi Darrell Reynolds, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Dequarius Jarelle Davenport, Des Moines, was cited for possession of marijuana 3rd offense. A court date is set for Sept. 5.

     Michael Dylan Shepherd, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 10.

     Andrew Lee Shuttleworth, Toddville, was found guilty of forgery. He was sentenced to five years in prison, to run concurrently with sentences in Buchanan and Linn counties, and fined $750 plus court costs. The fine was suspended. Shuttleworth was ordered to pay $100 in victim restitution.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree theft. He was sentenced to five years in prison, to run concurrently with sentences in Linn and Johnson counties, and fined $750 plus court costs. The sentence and fine were suspended, and Osterkamp was placed on supervised probation for three years.

     Jessica Ann Patterson, Anamosa, was charged with 2nd degree fraudulent practice. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 10.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was charged with 2nd degree burglary, driving while license denied/revoked, and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 4.

     Lindell Andre Jackson, Jr., Coralville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault on person in certain occupations-intent of injury. A jury trial is set for Nov. 27.

     Darryl Tyson, Fort Madison, pleaded not guilty to assault by inmate with bodily fluids. A jury trial is set for Oct. 23.

     Prince Nyomah, address not available, pleaded not guilty to assault on person in certain occupations-intent of injury. A jury trial is set for Oct. 23.

     Robert Allen Coker II, Oxford Junction, was charged with prostitution and dissemination/exhibition of obscene material to minors. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 7.

     Debra Ann Tuecke, Cedar Rapids, was charged with prohibited act-Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 7.

     Luther Jo Gilbert, Anamosa, was charged with 3rd degree burglary and 3rd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 5.

     Freddy Steven Shover, Anamosa, was found guilty of possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail.

     Keegan Terrance Hebert, Marion, was charged with violation of probation and 4th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 5.

     Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 7.

     Kyle Brandon Orcutt, Anamosa, was charged with carrying weapons-knife over 5 inches. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 7.

     Angel Ann Hurt, Martelle, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 7.

     Jerry Allen Maylone, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A court date is set for Aug. 29.
