     Nash Randall Brown, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. Sentencing is set for Nov. 19.

     Alyssa Elizabeth-Brooke Montijo, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment, driving while license denied/revoked, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 8, 2019.

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, was cited for possession of marijuana 2nd offense and possession of controlled substance (hydrocodone) 2nd offense. A court date is set for Oct. 10.

     Ronny Lee Olivarez, Jr., Monticello, was charged with public intoxication 3rd offense and assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 19.

     Freddy Steven Shover, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (marijuana) and possession of contraband in correctional institution. A jury trial is set for Nov. 6.

     Darryl Tyson, Fort Madison, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault on corrections officer. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Prince Nyomah, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault on corrections officer. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, pleaded not guilty to eluding, driving while barred, and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 8, 2019.

     Jamie Alan Boge, Anamosa, was charged with 3rd degree burglary. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 9.

     Madison Rose Hankemeier, Lisbon, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary, 4th degree criminal mischief, and trespassing-injury/damage. A jury trial is set for Jan. 8, 2019.

     Jeffrey Allen Monck, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. No court date was set.

     Angel Ann Hurt, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 19.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 19.

     Jack William Berry, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 19.

     Timothy John Watters, Onslow, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense and driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 19.

     Amy Walters, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. $625 was waived from the fine.

     Christopher Peter Hosch, Cascade, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to two years in prison, with all but seven days suspended. Hosch was placed on supervised probation for two years, and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Cory Alan Bellings, Bellevue, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Andrew Masson Osterkamp, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 8, 2019.

     Robert William Michaelis, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 8, 2019.

     Arnulfo Arriaga De La Torre, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 8, 2019.
