District Court

     Shonnell Marie Phillips, Brooklyn Center, Minn., was charged with possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense, possession of marijuana 3rd offense, and OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 30.

     Cole Allen Egge, Farley, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 29.

     Levi Michael Kelly, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 12.

     Tristin Rae Olson Vogeler, Masonville, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 12.

     John Lee Ralston, Monmouth, pleaded guilty with failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements 1st offense. He was fined $625 plus court costs. Ralston was also charged with child endangerment-methamphetamine exposure and two additional counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 2.

     Jeremy Lee McAtee, Palo, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Dec. 11.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 2.

     Luther Joe Gilbert, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary and 3rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for Dec. 4.

     Cassandra Marie Clinton, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to prohibited act-schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. A jury trial is set for Jan. 29.

     Logan Brett Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Seeley was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,565 plus court costs.

     Brian Wade Rickels, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Yvette Elizabeth Perry, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 29.

     Adam Lee Murphy Duwa, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred, driving while license denied/revoked, and OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 29.

     Mark Edward Exe, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 31.
