District Court

     Jamaica Brooke Ralston, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to three counts of child endangerment. She was sentenced to two years in prison, with all but 11 days suspended. She was fined a total of $1,875 plus court costs, and placed on probation for two years.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for March 12.

     Dylian Hunter, Anamosa, was charged with child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 4.

     Sejuan Marquise Walker, Marion, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of unauthorized use of a credit card. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended. Walker was ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Tyler Coddington, Fort Madison, pleaded guilty to assault on correctional officer. He was sentenced to one year in jail, to run consecutively with a sentence in Mills County. He was fined $315 plus court costs.

     William Joseph Tamayo, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to a total of 21 days in jail, and fined a total of $945 plus court costs. Tamayo had a charge of failure to affix drug stamp, dismissed.

     John Lee Ralston, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to three counts of child endangerment. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined a total of $1,875 plus court costs. The sentence and fines were suspended, and he was placed on probation for two years. Ralston also pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended. He had a charge of driving while license denied/revoked, dismissed.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Cassandra Marie Luzum, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of contraband in correctional institution and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 4.

     Jeremy Leon Torkelson, Central City, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 12.

     Levi Michael Kelly, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 12.

     Dianne Marie Dye, Central City, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. A jury trial is set for Feb. 5.

     Angel Ann Hurt, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 12.

     Kaitlyn Renee Hall, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Kisha Lynn Harnack, Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31.

     Mercedes Miranda Kubalek, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, was charged with 4th degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31. He was also arrested for assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. A preliminary hearing was set for Dec. 26.

     Juan Genaro Capetillo, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and eluding. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined a total of $1,565 plus court costs.

     Bo Griffey Barber, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Brian Paul Zirkelbach, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     David John Costello, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs.

     Stephen James Kula, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 5.

     Kory Christian Husmann, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 12.

     Samuel Timothy Scriver, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31.
