     Noah Benjamin Moses, Olin, pleaded guilty to 1st degree harassment. Sentence is pending.

     Joshua Paul Yeilsey, Springville, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. He had a charge of possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone) 2nd offense, dismissed.

     Ronny Lee Olivarez, Jr., Monticello, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury and public intoxication. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined a total of $380 plus court costs.

     Brenda Michelle McHenry, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for April 2.

     Derrick Scott Maschmann, Stanwood, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Richard Mayo Anthony, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to animal abuse. A jury trial is set for April 2.

     Dustin Donald Harms, Olin, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, 3rd degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 2nd offense, and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for April 2.

     Dylian Hunter, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment. A jury trial is set for April 2.

     Lisa Ann Langer, Anamosa, was charged with 1st degree election misconduct. An arraignment is set for Jan. 14.

     Courtney Michelle Laton, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Sentence is pending. She also had a charge of possession of a controlled substance (alprazolam) 1st offense, dismissed.

     Jeffrey Allen Monck, Monticello, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of 5th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Shelby Lynn Minnaert, Olin, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. She had a charge of possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, dismissed.

     Tristin Rae Olson, Masonville, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs.

     Carol Jean Mettler, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Chandler Thomas Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 2.

     Kisha Lynn Harnack, Manchester, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 5.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations. A jury trial is set for March 5.

     Dakota James Parker, Oxford Junction, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22.

     Rodney Lee Smith, Cedar Rapids, was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations and trespassing 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.

     Cynthia A. Beasley, North Dinwiddie, Va., was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for Jan. 23.

     Alexis Renee Heeren, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Elmer Adrian Gonzalez, Cascade, was arrested for driving while revoked. A court date was set for Jan. 9.

     Jeremy Evan Boge, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No court date was set.

     Ryan Charles Fey, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Calvin Theodore Clark, Onslow, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Adam Lee Murphy Duwa, Cascade, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked and driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined a total of $1,625 plus court costs. He had a charge of OWI 2nd offense, dismissed.

     Rosemary J. Peck, Onslow, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Tish Erin Fritze, Marion, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 26.

     Justin Lee Banowetz, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 5.

     Brittany Ann Martin, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 5.

     Steven F. Vaughn, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and driving on wrong side of two-way highway. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.

     Sarah Michele Williams-Seeley, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 2nd offense. No court date was set.
