District Court

     Taylor Rose Gray, Central City, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while license barred. She was sentenced to eight days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence is to run concurrently with five other sentences in Jones and Linn counties.

     Nastassja Leigh Collins, Onslow, pleaded guilty to two counts of child endangerment. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on supervised probation for one year. Collins was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,250 plus court costs, and victim restitution.

     Dakota Lee Oberholser, Onslow, pleaded guilty to child endangerment. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on supervised probation for two years. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs, and victim restitution. The civil penalty was suspended.

     John Richard Schilt, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred, possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for April 2.

     Troy James Lloyd, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15.

     Marty Lynn Seeley, Anamosa, was found guilty of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and fined $1,000 plus court costs. The fine and sentence were suspended, and Seeley was placed on supervised probation for four years.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, was charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 24.

     Cory Allen Hardt, Nevada, was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations and public intoxication 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 17.

     Jessica Patterson, Anamosa, was charged with 2nd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Jan. 28.

     Ashlyn Lea Fortune, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 21.

     Jason R. Karimi, Ames, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court was set for Jan. 16.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail. He pleaded guilty to 4th degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Yiesley also pleaded guilty to assault on a peace officer. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. All sentences are to run concurrently. He was also fined a total of $1,260 plus court costs.

     Earl HD Baker, Clarence, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs, and victim restitution.

     Samuel Timothy Scriver, Cedar Falls, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 2.
