     Rachel Lynn McDermott, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to OWI. She was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     William Charles Burton, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to carrying weapons and OWI 1st offense. He was ordered to pay civil penalties totally $1,875 plus court costs.

     Gauge Leon Linne, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to sex offender residency violation 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 7.

     Justin Ritzman, Marion, pleaded not guilty to reckless use of fire/explosives and possession of incendiary/explosive device. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for Jan. 10.

     Jodi Jill Becker, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of simple assault. A jury trial is set for Feb. 8.

     Keven Lee Glassmeyer, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14. Glassmeyer was also charged with 1st degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, eluding, OWI 3rd offense, possession of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon, operating a motor vehicle while license barred, and three counts of assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. An arraignment is set for Dec. 9. In addition, Glassmeyer was also charged with a controlled substance violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Logan Matthew Toomer, Olin, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary-motor vehicle 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 10.

     Aaron Tucker Osterkamp, Dubuque, was arrested for drug distribution violation to a person under 18 and possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Shauna Lee Haas, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment, unlawful possession of prescription drug, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 21.

     Kelly Marie Basham, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 21.

     Charles Vern Houston, Jr., Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations and interference with official acts. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14.

     Aaron Deverne Fuessley, Monticello, was charged with driving while barred and unlawful possession of prescription drug. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 14.

     Cory Monroe Johnson, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 19.

     Tanya Sue Nunez, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of marijuana 3rd offense and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 19.

     Candace Rose O’Donnell-Meseraull, Martelle, was found guilty to selling, distributing and making available pseudoephedrine with intent to use as a precursor and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. She was fined a total of $1,750 plus court costs, and sentenced to 15 years in prison. She sentence was suspended, and O’Donnell-Meseraull was placed on supervised probation for three years.

     Robert Lee Dolan, Mechanicsville, was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Dec. 12.

     Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 3rd offense and OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Dec. 19.

     Socrates Antoine Harper, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Dec. 12.

     David Allen Miller, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft. No court date was set.

     Troy Lynn Petz, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded guilty to assault on a correctional officer. He was fined $315 plus court costs, and sentenced to one year in jail. This sentence is to run consecutively to a sentence Petz is serving in the Ft. Madison Penitentiary.

     Troy James Lloyd, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 3rd offense, 3rd degree criminal mischief, and false imprisonment. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 9. Lloyd also pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 21.

     Bradley Linn Morarie, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to four days in jail.

     Cameron De Angelo Wise, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

     Troy Lee Schoon, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and driving while license revoked. He was fined a total of $1,625 plus court costs, and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

     James Alan Loehr, Anamosa, was charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief. An arraignment is set for Dec. 19.

     Stanley Eugene Berta, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and simple assault. He was fined a total of $380 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Trey Raymond Woods, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and OWI. Judgment was deferred, and Woods was ordered to pay a civil penalty totaling $1,565 plus court costs. He was also placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Derek A. Kolakowski, Chicago, Ill., had a charge of possession of marijuana 1st offense, dismissed.

     Justin Ritzman, Marion, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14.

     Zedakiah lee Fisher, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14.

     Austin Joseph-Cool Brown, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 31.

     Robert Gibson Haas, Cascade, was charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury. An arraignment is set for Dec. 19.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 10.

     Brooke Desiree Mull, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 10.

     William Scott Angell, Mechanicsville, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 7.

     Brian James Turnis, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 21.

     Tylor Dean Boheman, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14.

     Warren E. Graham, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 7.

     Louis Edward Sharp, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 12.

     Judith Renae Guyer, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A court date was set for Dec. 7.

     Andrew Allen Devault, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 3rd offense and 2nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 7.

     Travis Raymond Staskal, Andrew, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. His sentence was suspended, and Staskal was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was also fined court costs.

     Zephyr Jason Borden, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs. Borden also had a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief, dismissed.

     Brett Matthew Koppes, Onslow, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked and OWI 1st offense. He was fined a total of $2,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Freddy Steven Shover, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14.

      Nathan West, Anamosa, was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 19.

     Dylan Dann Schumacher, Dubuque, was found guilty of contempt. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined court costs.

     Charity Sue McCormick, Olin, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was fined $1,250 plus court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail. All but two days were suspended, and McCormick was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Clinton Thomas Young, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and 2nd degree harassment. He was fined a total of $1,565 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Damien Lawrence Hunt, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was fined $1,875 plus court costs, and sentenced to seven days in jail.

     Cody Laine Jamison, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 14.

     Marissa Lee Bream, Marion, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 21.

     David Michael Frantz, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was placed on self-supervised probation for one year, and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     David William Wren, Jr., Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 21.

     Clifford David Gregg, Lost Nation, pleaded guilty to OWI 3rd offense. He was sentenced to five years in prison, with all but 30 days were suspended. Gregg was placed on probation for three years, and fined $3,125 plus court costs.

     Joshua Paul Cummings, Marion, pleaded guilty to OWI, possession of prescription drug without prescription, and possession of marijuana. He was fined a total of $1,565 plus court costs, and sentenced to a total of six days in jail.

     Russell J. Merfeld, Springville, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense and eluding. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,875 plus court costs. Merfeld was also sentenced to eluding. A court date is set for March 6.

     Joshua Joe Neal, Oxford Junction, was charged with OWI 3rd offense, driving while licensee denied/revoked, and possession of prescription drug without prescription. An arraignment is set for Dec. 19.

     Jacob Brett Harms, Center Junction, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Dec. 19.
