DuTrac holds annual meeting

DuTrac Community Credit Union’s 72^nd Annual Meeting was held on Sunday, April 28 at the Grand River Center in the Port of Dubuque. Approximately 225 members were in attendance. 

Harlan Pedretti was re-elected for a one-year term. David Eggers and John Vail were both re-elected for three-year terms. Susan Kern was elected for a three-year term. 

At the annual board reorganization meeting, the following officers were elected: Scott Neyens, chairman; David Eggers, vice chairman; Daniel Deutmeyer, chief financial officer and treasurer; and John Vail, secretary. 

Pedretti was appointed credit committee chair and will serve with Deutmeyer, Eggers, Kevin Mueller, and Vail. Nicholas Specht was appointed audit committee chair and will serve with Kern and Michael Ready. Kern was appointed nominating committee chair and will serve with Neyens, Ready and Specht.
