Eagles are 10th in TRC tournament
Midland shot 411 as a team and finished 10th in the Tri-Rivers Conference Boys Golf Tournament April 30 at Pin Oak in Manchester.
Leading the Eagles was Carter Mohr, who shot 49-49–98. Peyton Rupp totaled 49-53–102, Sebastian Kreel had 54-51–105, and Ethan Orr scored 49-57–106 to round out the scores that counted in the team total.
On May 2, Midland held its annual co-ed golf meet at Little Bear, with boy/girl duos in an alternate shot format.
Calamus-Wheatland was the team winner with a 192, Lisbon totaled 202, and Midland had 221.
Leading the Eagles was the pairing of Carson Rupp and Kristin Guenther, with a 50. Peyton Rupp and Christine Agnitsch shot a 56, Damon Huston and Madisyn Kreel had 57, and the Carter Mohr/Anna Roseland team totaled 58.
In the coaches’ division, the Midland team of Kirk Park and Casey Hack finished second with a 41, one stroke behind Lisbon’s coaches.
