Extension offers brain health workshop

Join Jones County Extension educator Nanci Null as she leads participants through interactive brain health tips and tricks, as well as activities designed to exercise the brain to maintain and enhance cognitive function and memory. 

You will use curriculum developed by the University of Illinois Extension and Outreach. 

The sessions will be held on Monday, Jan. 20; Monday, Jan. 27; and Monday, Feb. 3, all from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. They’ll be held at the Jones County Extension Office.
