Fischer’s jury trial re-set

     The jury trial for an Anamosa woman facing charges of theft associated with her employment with Jones County Extension & Outreach has been rescheduled to Nov. 8, at 9 a.m. at the Jones County Courthouse.

   In April, Jennifer Fischer pleaded not guilty to ongoing criminal conduct-unlawful activity and two counts of 1^st degree theft.

   The Motion to Continue that was filed in District Court states that due to “the complexity of the case, both the State and defense need more time.”
