F&M Bank announces advisory board changes

     F&M Bank is proud to announce the following have been appointed to the Anamosa and Monticello Advisory Board: Tristan Langdon, Workplace Learning Connections; Ivan Bowers, local farmer; and Jeff Wilken, Automotive Sales Inc.

     These members will be joining the current board members: John Parham, National Motorcycle Museum; Mark Welter, local farmer; and Joel Althoff, Infrastructure Technology Solutions.

     F&M Bank would also like to thank the following individuals who have served on the Anamosa and Monticello Advisory Board over the past three years: Lindsey Weers-Austin, Cedar Chiropractic and Acupuncture Clinic Inc.; and Jim Johnson, Anamosa Journal-Eureka.

     The role of the Advisory Board is to provide bank management with an outside and objective source of expertise. This advice and counseling assists management in the marketing and business development functions within the market. While directors share their outlook on business conditions, they also review F&M’s duty to meet the credit needs of its market, and discuss present and future products and services while ensuring that the bank’s policies and practices are competitive yet profitable.
