F&M Bank promotes team members

     Tim German, president of F&M Bank, is pleased to announce the promotions of three team members.

     Nate Dunn has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer (CCO). Dunn has been with F&M Bank for eight years, focusing on private and commercial banking. Although Dunn serves clients out of the Cedar Rapids office, he has a strong presence at all locations, cultivating strong individual and business relationships. He is actively involved within the community, lending his expertise and passion to serve Big Brothers Big Sisters for Kids Sake, Downtown Rotary, and First Lutheran Church. Dunn also serves on the board of Junior Achievement, Iowa Midwest Insurance Corp and Pin Oak Pub Links. Dunn lives in Cedar Rapids with his wife Ruthie and two sons Ty and Rowan.

     Rosemary Drees has been promoted to Vice President. Drees has served F&M clients for 32 years, starting in data processing in 1984. Drees has worked in numerous departments including Customer Service and Consumer, Commercial, and Ag Lending. Her extensive knowledge has proven to be invaluable to the organization. Drees is a long-time Manchester resident and her community involvement extends to the Castle Theatre, Good to Great, and St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

     Katie Hubbard has been promoted to Commercial Operations Officer. Hubbard has been with F&M Bank since 2010, having started in Customer Service. Hubbard transitioned into the Mortgage Department and then to offering administrative support to the executive team and the F&M Board of Directors. Hubbard is also involved in the community, volunteering her time to the Castle Theatre, Delaware County Pork Producers Board, and the Delaware County Food Pantry. Hubbard and her husband Cole live in Manchester with their three children Owen, Chloe, and Bennett.
