Garden Club holds regular meeting

     The Monticello Federated Garden Club met July 27, 2017 at the Presbyterian Church. A reading was given by Kathryn Peters. Ruth Zirkelbach brought an arrangement.

     We worked on the flower gardens and trimmed shrubs at the Fountain Garden. Those who worked on the garden were Sharon Hasler, Marty Sharf, Julie Carlson, Donna Helgens, Sharon Kell, Rhonda Meyer, Clyde Meyer, Marilyn Schneiderman, Marla Walters, Ruth Zirkelbach and Kathy Lamont. We voted to plant 3 firecracker hydrangeas at the garden.

     Charlie Becker gave an interesting presentation. Bobbie Meyer served a delicious lunch. Next meeting will be August 24 at the Presbyterian Church.
