Get your Zac Brown Band tickets, Nov. 22

Tickets for the much-anticipated Zac Brown Band at the Great Jones County Fair go on sale this Friday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m. 

It has long been the rumor that the southern rock group Zac Brown Band would appear the GJCF. They will take the stage on Saturday, July 25, at 8 p.m. 

Tickets for the track (standing room only) and amphitheater/bleachers are all $89 each. 

The Zac Brown Band has been around since the mid- 2000s, creating hit after hit. The band has released seven studio albums to date. Their most recent, “The Owl,” was released in September 2019. 

Since 2009, Zac Brown Band has earned 55 award nominations from the Grammys, Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association, and more. They’ve won 11 awards in that timeframe. 

Some of the Zac Brown Band’s hits through the years include: “Chicken Fried,” “Knee Deep,” “Sweet Annie,” “Highway 20 Ride,” “Homegrown,” “Keep Me in Mind,” and “My Old Man.” 

The band’s first single, “Chicken Fried,” earned five-times platinum with over 5 million sales and 255 million streams. 

Through the years, the band has collaborated with many of music’s greats: Dave Matthews Band, Sheryl Crow, Van Morrison, Alan Jackson, Jimmy Buffet, Kid Rock, Jason Mraz, and more. 

Aside from his music, Zac Brown himself has given back in many ways, thanks to the success of his band and brand. 

He founded Camp Southern Ground, which an inclusive camp serving children ages 7-17 with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, social or emotional challenges, and typically developing children. During the camp’s off-season, they support post-9/11 veterans readjustment to civilian life.
