Governor's Scholar

     Katelyn Isaac, a student at Monticello, was recognized by Gov. Terry Branstad and Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds for outstanding academic achievement at the Fifteenth Annual Governor’s Scholar Recognition Ceremony April 30 at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines.
