Heritage Agency learning session to offer helpful information

Letter to the Editor

To the Editor,

The Heritage Agency on Aging is able to provide many supports to individuals as they progress with the aging process. On June 5, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., at Wayne Zion Lutheran Church, the Heritage Agency will be sponsoring a learning session for people to become more aware of services for individuals to remain in their home as long as feasible. This session will provide:

   • Information related to supports for living independently and/or with help independently

   • Financial resources to pay for the expenses related to services provided

   • An opportunity for individuals to have one-on-one conversations with the Heritage Agency on Aging staff regarding specific needs within their family

I encourage you to consider this vital source of information if you desire to know more about how to support people in their home as they age. You may pre-register by calling the Heritage Agency on Aging office at 319-398-5559.

Respectfully,

Keith Stamp
