House fire

On March 3, the Monticello Fire Department responded to a house fire on E. Varvel Street. The fire started in the kitchen and quickly spread throughout the home. The house was ruled a total loss. Heavy smoke was seen throughout the south part of town. (Photos by Mark Spensley)
