Iowa State University announces scholarships recipients

Iowa State University announces scholarships awarded by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and its academic units to undergraduate students for the 2019-20 academic year. More than $3.5 million in student scholarships are offered each year by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and its academic units, in addition to monies awarded by Iowa State at the university level. 

Cortney Price of Monticello who is studying Agricultural Studies, received the Richard and Sandra Hitzhusen Endowed Scholarship in Agricultural Studies for the 2019-20 academic year. 

Breanna Adams of Monticello who is studying Agricultural Studies, received the The Edna Rathman Endowed Scholarships in Agricultural Studies for the 2019-20 academic year. 

Zachary Timm of Monticello who is studying Agronomy, received the Jay J. Newlin Endowment Scholarship and Iowa Crop Improvement Association Scholarship in Agriculture and Life Sciences for the 2019-20 academic year. 

Jade Paulsen of Scotch Grove who is studying Animal Science, received the The Rod and Mary Brannen Endowed Scholarship for the 2019-20 academic year. 

Taylor Reth of Hopkinton who is studying Agricultural Systems Technology, received the Jon and Marcia Kinzenbaw Scholarship in Agriculture for the 2019-20 academic year. 

David Trumm of Cascade who is studying Agricultural Studies, received the Ryan Pellett Family Scholarship and The Edna Rathman Endowed Scholarships in Agricultural Studies for the 2019-20 academic year. 

Madison Kelchen of Cascade who is studying Animal Science, received the Tyrone D. Artz, M.D. Scholarship in Agriculture and Life Sciences for the 2019-20 academic year.
