JCED to unveil new promo videos

     The public is invited to attend a premier of two new Jones County videos, featuring iconic images of Jones County: the Great Jones County Fair, the Wapsipinicon State Park, Camp Courageous, the Maquoketa and Wapsipinicon rivers, Pictured Rocks Park, Grant Wood, businesses, industry, and more!

     Join the Jones County Economic Development (JCED) Board for food, drinks, and a sneak peak at a new tool for recruiting new community members, visitors, and businesses to Jones County.

     There will be two opportunities to get a sneak peak of the videos:

     • Wednesday, Sept. 13, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Monticello City Council Chambers

     • Wednesday, Sept. 13, 5 to 7 p.m. at Fawn Creek Country Club in Anamosa

     You will have the opportunity to network with others and find out how to access the new videos for your use.

     “These videos truly showcase Jones County at its finest. You will be proud you live and/or work here,” said JCED Director Dusty Embree. “And if you don’t, you will wish you did!”
