JRMC named top recommended hospital

     UnityPoint Health – Jones Regional Medical Center (JRMC) is proud to be recognized as one of the top patient-recommended hospitals in Iowa, according to Becker’s Hospital Review. JRMC received a five-star rating based on results from the national Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey.

   Each hospital’s stay rating is determined by patients’ responses to questions such as, “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?” To qualify for a rating, hospitals must have at least 100 completed HCAHPS surveys during a single quarter.

   The list of top recommended hospitals is based on 2023 patient survey data and highlights JRMC’s commitment to delivering exceptional care. The HCAHPS survey is developed by the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).
