JRMC Surgical Open fundraiser cancelled

The Jones Regional Medical Center Foundation, chaired by Jay Willems, announced the cancellation of the 37th annual Surgical Open Golf Tournament on June 5. This is due to the spread of COVID-19.

This pandemic has brought many challenges to JRMC and its clinics, which they’ve been able to overcome by working collaboratively with numerous medical providers and with the tremendous support of the community.

The past support of the JRMC Foundation is most appreciated. Hopefully additional support this year will still be forthcoming, despite not hosting the golf tournament.

JRMC Foundation has established a compassion fund to help members of their dedicated healthcare team who are experiencing hardships as a result of the COVID crisis. If you are interested in supporting this effort or any other area of the hospital, visit www.unitypoint.org/anamosa/ways-to-give.aspx.

Working collaboratively, JRMC will be able to continue to provide the highest quality of healthcare possible to the communities they serve. JRMC is committed to continue to provide for your medical needs. Some surgeries, procedures, and outpatient clinics are being resumed.
