Legislative forum on tap this week on Anamosa

Jones County Economic Development is hosting a legislative forum this week that will give residents a chance to ask questions to their elected officials.

The second forum will take place at noon on Friday, Feb. 28 In the Anamosa Library and Learning center, 600 E. First St.

   Iowa Rep. Steve Bradley, R-Cascade, and Iowa Sen. Carrie Koelker, R-Dyersville, are expected to attend, according to Jones County Economic Development Director Derek Lumsden.

   Attendees with questions for their legislators will be asked to write their questions down prior to the event, and a moderator will ask them to the legislators.
